The head of the office of the Upazila Resource Center, a training institute at the upazila level under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education and the Department of Primary Education, is the instructor. From this department Government Regi: Various training is imparted on the teaching methods of private primary school teachers. The headmasters of the primary schools are given training on school management, while the members of the school management committee are given various trainings on school management. The officers of this department conduct the academic supervision activities of the school and implement the plan at the school level and provide academic assistance to the teachers. It also conducts various types of research and action research on primary education.
